*Important*
Lumberjack's Camping Resort is a "Cash Free" point of sale, service retailer. Guests will be required to guarantee purchases at check-in with a credit card or a cash deposit. With the exception of the reservations office all purchases made throughout the resort at all point of sale outlets are charged to the members folio by presentation of their membership card and then at check-out purchases are reconciled to the credit card or cash deposit that was used to guarantee purchases at check-in. Any unused cash deposit is 100% refundable at check-out or at the members request may be left on the members folio account to apply towards future purchases. This "Cash Free" environment eliminates the need for any member to carry cash for purchases during their stay at Lumberjack's. All members will be required to present their membership card for any purchases made during their stay as cash is not a payment option at point of sale outlets throughout the resort.
* A credit card is required to secure all cabin and RV reservations. |
* 24 hour notice required for cabin and RV cancellations, 72 hour notice required for holidays or special event weekends. Cancellations are not valid without a confirmation number for the cancellation.
*There will be a one (1) day charge for “NO SHOWS” or cancellations with out the required 24 or 72 hour notice for RV or Cabin reservations. |
* There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. |
Check-in time for RV sites and Cabin rentals are after 3:00pm.
Check-out time for RV sites is 2:00pm.
Check-out time for cabin rentals is 12:00pm.
Late departures are available upon request and availability to extend your stay until 6pm for an additional charge of $15.00.

* One of the opportunities that we have to demonstrate our sincere appreciation to our members who support us throughout the year and in an effort to achieve our mission and commitment to our members by providing a premier camping experience, consistently, at a good value, Lumberjack's Camping Resort does not increase any camping rates for holidays or special events above the regular weekend rate, we do however require a minimum 3 night stay at the "weekend rate" on the following holidays; Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, and New Years. In addition some dates will be posted in advance on our schedule page as "Special event weekends" that will require a minimum night stay. Minimum night stay requirements will also be communicated at the time of reservation. |

Cabin Rentals
|
(3 night min. stay on Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend and Labor Day Weekend) The total Cabin rental charges will be pre-authorized to the credit card used to reserve the cabin 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the charges are not authorized by the credit card company 72 hours prior to arrival, the reservation will be canceled. We will make every resonable effort to contact the member to make other payment arrangements to hold the reservation.
Lumberjack's is pet friendly, well behaved pets are welcome in our cabins. |
