Listings may or may not include the transfer of the lot lease and any time remaining on the lease. Park Models, Park Model Cabins an RV's that will remain in the park on a long term site lease after a sale must include a long term lease transfer at the time of the sale. Long term leases are transferable to qualified lease applicants. For all purchases that include a long term lease transfer it is suggested that the potential buyer(s) complete a long term lease application and obtain approval from Lumberjack's prior to finalizing any purchase transaction. A completed sales transaction of a unit which includes a long term lease transfer does not automatically qualify the purchaser(s) to be long term lease holders, the purchaser(s) must still apply for a long term lease and be approved by Lumberjack's.
